I served as one of the lead writers for my agency's diversity, equity and inclusion committee in which I helped develop a digital catalogue of diverse creative talent available for hire. I led this email blast from start to finish, including suggesting the idea, sourcing the featured talent, doing individual write ups, and partnering with senior leadership to bring the idea together.
I also volunteered to help rewrite the company's Inclusivity Product Council email to be more conversational and approachable. I partnered with a creative director and senior art director to lay out the revised messaging.
