Eloctate is a self-adminstered injection for people who deal with chronic joint bleeds as a result of hemophilia. When used once a week, Eloctate can resolve up to 99.6% of bleeds, with many patients have 0 per year. This DTC campaign spread awareness through digital storytelling and science-backed claims.

This integrated package design was a concept for new patients to help them on their treatment journey. It features a portable rechargeable refrigerant capsule so you can take your dose with you when needed. 
Our final conceptual push was to partner with Sanofi's AI program, HemAssist, to offer patients a fun, friendly alternative to computer speak. Since this campaign specifically targeted joint bleeds, we created a conversation with an ankle to sell the idea in.
